Attempt to extract data or disrupt platform operations;
Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or infringe upon others’ rights.
Content Ownership
All content, software, visuals, and documentation available on this website are the exclusive property of Silfer Company or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any material without written authorization.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our website and services complies with these Terms.
Silfer Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend access for any misuse.
Silfer Company provides AI-based business automation and marketing infrastructure, including but not limited to:
CRM setup and integration;
AI chatbot and virtual assistant implementation;
Paid ads management and data dashboards;
Funnel and landing page creation;
Workflow automations, follow-up systems, and appointment scheduling tools.
All services are customized according to each client’s signed agreement or selected subscription plan.
To ensure successful service delivery, the client agrees to:
Provide all required access, materials, and credentials in a timely manner;
Review and approve deliverables promptly;
Keep billing details updated and fulfill payment obligations as agreed.
Failure to cooperate or delayed responses may lead to project delays or temporary suspension of services.
Silfer Company uses Stripe, a globally trusted platform, for secure online payment processing.
By engaging in our services, the Client explicitly authorizes automatic billing via the provided credit or debit card.
Authorization for Automatic Payments
The Client authorizes Silfer Company to process recurring charges on the agreed billing cycle.
This authorization remains active until written cancellation notice is submitted to info@silfercompany.com.
Payment Processing
Payments occur securely through Stripe, and digital receipts are sent after each transaction.
Client Responsibility
The Client must ensure valid and sufficient payment methods are available.
If a charge fails (e.g., expired or declined card), updated payment details must be provided immediately to prevent service interruption.
Late Payments & Service Suspension
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Silfer Company reserves the right to pause or terminate services until the balance is cleared.
Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be referred to collections, with all associated fees payable by the Client.
Non-Refundable Payments
All setup, onboarding, and recurring service fees are non-refundable once services have started, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All transactions follow Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All materials, systems, and configurations created by Silfer Company remain its intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables within their business.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights.
Silfer Company is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client data, including CRM access, business processes, and communication records.
No confidential information will be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or service operation.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for:
Paying for all services delivered up to the termination date;
Cooperating for a smooth transition or data transfer.
Silfer Company may suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or misuse of systems.
Silfer Company shall not be held liable for:
Losses, damages, or delays caused by external systems or third-party providers;
Lack of sales or revenue outcomes, as results depend on client-side execution and market factors.
All services are provided “as is,” with best-effort performance based on agreed scope.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami, Florida, USA.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable by applicable courts.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Silfer Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will take effect upon posting to this page.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
